Privacy Policy
FabKit: Custom 3D Print Maker is a mobile app that turns images and text into 3D-printable models. In the current release, images, text, and 3D models are processed entirely on your mobile device.
Information we collect
Images you upload and text you enter are processed inside the app to generate models. They are not sent to or stored on K_Labx servers. The current app does not use account sign-up or account sync. Feature usage statistics and crash reports are described in "App usage and crash reports" below.
3MF/STL files generated in the mobile app are written to an app-only temporary cache so they can be shared or saved. They are passed to a destination only when you choose one in the system share sheet. The temporary cache may be deleted when the app is removed or when the operating system frees up storage.
If you contact us by support email, your email address, your message, and any files you attach are processed to answer you and resolve the issue. Please do not send personal information that is not needed, or files you do not have the rights to.
Ads in the mobile app
The mobile app may use Google AdMob. The current Android and iOS test candidates offer three initial exports per feature, then one export after a rewarded ad completes, or unlimited ad-free exports with Pro. A cancelled or failed ad does not earn an export; creating and editing remain available. Public activation of this rewarded policy is pending Google's suitability confirmation. Earlier builds used interstitial ads with file sharing available if an ad failed.
Google may process IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers for ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, and measurement. Before loading ads, Google User Messaging Platform checks the applicable consent state. Ad privacy options are available in Settings. In the current Android and iOS candidates, personalized requests require an adult age-band selection, an explicit personalization preference, and applicable consent; iOS also requires tracking permission. Unknown age, minors, or refusal use non-personalized requests where ads may be loaded. Refusing tracking does not block modeling or the non-personalized path. An eligible iOS user may see Apple's tracking permission request; earlier builds used non-personalized ads.
Google processes this information according to the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob privacy information.
App usage and crash reports
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics are off by default. In the current Android and iOS candidates, usage reporting and crash reporting each require a separate opt-in in Settings, independent of advertising consent. You can turn either off again; earlier unconsented usage events are discarded, not replayed. Earlier builds enabled these services only where the ad consent check reported that consent was not required. Ad SDK diagnostics are separate from optional Firebase crash reporting.
Allowlisted events describe feature use, generation duration and result, export route and result, rewarded ad completion or failure, Pro purchase/restore stages, and opening feedback. No uploaded images, text, file names, generated models, design signatures, receipts, email addresses, or ad IDs are included in these app events. SDK data can include a pseudonymous app instance identifier, device and operating system, app version, approximate IP-derived location, session times, and crash stack traces/device state. These records are not anonymous simply because names are excluded.
When analytics is enabled, Firebase may also measure Google Play or StoreKit purchase events, including the product identifier, name and price, associated with the app instance. This is separate from payment card information and is not limited to the app's custom event allowlist.
This information is not used for ad personalization or tracking across apps: the app turns off advertising ID collection and ad signals for Analytics. Google processes it for K_Labx as a service provider. Event-level analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.
Third-party services
Google Play or Apple handles Pro payments and the respective store's purchase/restore verification. FabKit uses verified current entitlements rather than collecting your payment card information. Trial counts, settings, and retry state are kept locally; deleting the app may reset local counts but does not remove a store purchase. The feedback composer opens an editable message with safe app/version details and no automatic image, model, or log attachments. Sending a message is your choice.
Google AdMob may be used for mobile ads, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for usage statistics and crash reports, and Google Gmail for support email. This privacy policy and the support pages are served by Cloudflare Pages, and the hosting provider may process standard logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and access time for security and incident response. Each service handles data according to its own provider's policies.
Data deletion requests
FabKit does not keep images, text, or generated models in user accounts or on operator servers. Generated files and app cache left on your device can be removed with your device's file manager or by deleting the app.
To delete emails, attachments, or messages you sent to support, email support.klabx@gmail.com with the subject [FabKit] Data deletion request. After reviewing only the scope of the request and the minimum information needed to verify your identity, K_Labx will delete the related support messages and attachments it holds, or let you know if they must be kept for legal reasons.
Usage statistics and crash reports are tied only to a random app instance identifier, not to your name or email, so K_Labx cannot find one person's records. Deleting the app starts a new identifier, and data already sent is deleted automatically after the periods above.
AdMob ad data is managed separately by Google. Requests about ad privacy choices and Google account data follow Google's privacy tools and policies.
